Quality Report

Open in QuickMonitoring→ Sites → [Your Site] → Scans → Quality Report

After every scan, QuickMonitoring compiles a Quality Report — a single-screen checklist that shows a pass or fail result for each QA category. It gives you an immediate answer to the question "is this site healthy?" without having to dig into individual tabs.

What you'll see

Go to Sites → your site → Scans, then open any completed scan and select Quality Report.

The report lists one row per check category:

CategoryWhat is evaluated
ErrorsJavaScript errors, uncaught exceptions, HTTP 4xx/5xx, broken resources
SEOMeta titles, descriptions, canonical tags, robots directives
HTML ValidationW3C-compliant markup, invalid nesting, missing required attributes
AccessibilityWCAG 2.1 violations (missing alt text, contrast, labels, landmark roles)
LinksBroken internal and external links, redirect chains
SpellingMisspelled words detected by the three-engine spell-check pipeline
API MonitoringFailed XHR/Fetch calls captured during the crawl

Each row shows:

  • A pass (green) or fail (red) badge
  • The issue count when the check failed
  • A link to the detail view for that category

A summary score at the top aggregates the results across all categories.

How to use it

  1. Run a scan or open a completed scan from the Scans tab
  2. Click Quality Report in the scan detail sidebar
  3. Read each row — green means no issues were found; red means there is at least one issue to address
  4. Click the link on any red row to jump directly to the detailed findings for that category
  5. Fix the issues in your codebase, deploy, and run a new scan to verify the row turns green

The Quality Report is a good starting point for a release checklist. Share the URL with a teammate or client to give them an instant status snapshot without granting access to the raw data.

Pass condition

✅ You've earned this achievement when the Quality Report page loads for a completed scan and displays at least one category row with a pass or fail result.

Common issues

  • All rows show "pass" but you expected failures — The scan may have crawled fewer pages than expected. Check the crawl depth and page count in the scan summary. A shallow crawl on a large site can miss pages where issues are hiding.

  • A category shows "fail" but the count is 0 — This can happen briefly during scan processing while module results are still being written. Refresh the page after the scan reaches 100%.

  • The report link is not available — The Quality Report only appears for scans that have fully completed. In-progress or errored scans do not generate a report. Check the scan status indicator and wait for completion.

  • SEO or accessibility rows always fail — These checks have strict pass thresholds. A single missing meta description or one image without alt text is enough to fail the row. Use the detail view to find and fix the specific violations.
